Town Hall Meeting & Outing is a term that is often used by companies, communities, and so on. Town Hall Meeting and Outing is one of a series of company events by the HR Department as a place for introductions, friendships and creating a sense of togetherness between employees.

This Year PT Hervitama Indonesia held Town Hall Meeting & Outing in Bromo mountain and Songa Adventure. This event was held with the theme "together we are stronger" which means that together we become stronger in facing whatever problems come our way. The peak of the event are Brainstorming Games, Meeting Town Hall, and Gala Dinner. This Brainstorming Games designed for change to progress. The employees will choose the theme that prepared, the themes about how to reached the target in 2024. Rafting in Songa Adventure is the best way as the closing event, the employees have best experience with playing in the water.
